Andrew Clark, Affiliate Marketing Manager
Andrew Clark leads Affiliate & Marketing Partnerships at Figure where he takes an active role in recruiting, optimizing, and expanding relationships to help Figure grow toward its mission. With a vast experience spanning multiple industries, this has helped him to think a bit differently than someone who has been in FinTech for a long time. Originally from the Chicagoland area, Andrew has made a home for himself in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Dr. Michael Dooley, Chief Economist
Mike Dooley is Figure’s Chief Economist. He is Professor Emeritus at the University of California, Santa Cruz and a research associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research. His academic career followed more than twenty years of service at the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System and the International Monetary Fund. At the Fed and the Fund he was responsible for a variety of judgmental and model based economic forecasts. He was Chief Economist for Latin America at Deutsche Bank and a partner in Cabezon Capital. His published research covers a wide range of issues in macroeconomics including work on financial crises and liberalization of financial markets.
Barron Ernst, Head of Growth
Barron Ernst has worked at Figure for over a year and a half. He manages the growth and marketing teams. Barron has previously been a product and growth executive at Snap, Booking.com, Prosus/Naspers, and IMVU. He started his career in fintech at Intuit. He is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley.
Hannah Friedman, Sr. Content Manager
Hannah Friedman has been with Figure for almost three years, where she has managed messaging, content, email, social, and more. A graduate of California State University, Fullerton, she holds a background in animation and marketing, showcasing her multidisciplinary expertise in multiple industries.
Alysse Guitar, Director of Growth
Alysse Guitar has been in FinTech and lending for over 5 years. She has managed nearly every marketing channel at Figure but is now leveraging her product knowledge on the growth team. She studied Sociology at the University of California, Santa Cruz and currently lives in San Francisco.
Diana Patino, Performance Marketing Manager
Diana, originally from Colombia with a degree in Journalism and Communications, relocated to the US in 2016 to advance her marketing career. In the US, she has enhanced her skills through roles at multiple advertising agencies, honing her expertise in a variety of performance marketing channels like paid social, paid search, and programmatic. In 2022, Diana took a significant step by moving into the fintech sector. In this new arena, she is applying her extensive agency experience to introduce innovative approaches and foster growth.
Lindsey Rulis, Director of Direct Mail Marketing
Lindsey Rulis has been at Figure for over a year and manages the direct mail and offline marketing channels at Figure. She has worked in the insurtech and fintech industries since 2016 and has helped grow and significantly scale offline growth marketing channels at various companies. Lindsey studied communications with an emphasis on technology, arts and media at the University of Colorado and currently lives in the Portland, Oregon area.
